More Than 1,000 Australians Register for Webinar Ahead of Major Property Development Event

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Following overwhelming demand from more than 1,000 Australians who registered for a national webinar this week, Homeowner and Property Developer Network (PDN) are inviting aspiring and experienced property developers to a one-day intensive event designed to help them capitalise on what many are describing as the biggest opportunity for residential property developers in more than a decade.

The Property Developer Opportunity Day, to be held on Sunday, 12 July 2026, follows Thursday's highly successful webinar, Why the 2026 Budget Just Handed Property Developers the Best Opportunity in a Decade – And How To Take Advantage Of It, presented by Property Developer Network Founder Rob Flux.

The event will provide attendees with a practical roadmap to identifying development opportunities, understanding the impact of recent Federal Government housing initiatives, financing projects, reducing risk and bringing developments successfully to market.

It also builds on the recent launch of Developer Connect, a partnership between Homeowner and Property Developer Network that connects newly developed homes directly with buyers seeking new-build opportunities.

What Attendees Are Saying

Property Developer Network Founder Rob Flux said the extraordinary response to Thursday's webinar highlighted the growing appetite for education as government policy increasingly focuses on boosting Australia's housing supply.

"More than 1,000 people registered because they can see the market is changing and want to understand how to take advantage of the opportunities emerging from that change."

"The one-day event goes much deeper than the webinar, giving attendees practical strategies, real-world examples and actionable frameworks they can apply to their own development journey."

"Whether someone is looking to complete their first development or scale an existing business, there has rarely been a more important time to understand where the market is heading."

Homeowner Founder Troy Rushton said supporting independent property developers is essential to increasing Australia's housing supply.

Successful Investor Strategy - Data, Not Emotion.

As Australia's property market moves deeper into a data-driven era, the rules of successful investing are becoming clearer - and far less emotional. Rising interest rate sensitivity, tighter lending conditions, and sharper buyer competition mean that gut instinct is no longer enough. Investors are treating property purchases like financial decisions, not lifestyle choices.

Top Property Investor Tax Deductions Many Australians Are Still Missing And Why It's Costing Them Thousands.

Despite rising rents and strong investment activity heading into 2026, a surprising number of Australian property investors are continuing to miss out on significant tax deductions that could dramatically improve their annual cash flow. Accountants and tax specialists are reporting that many investors-particularly first-time landlords and those managing their own returns-are still failing to claim deductions worth hundreds, and in many cases thousands, of dollars each financial year. It's an oversight that industry experts say is entirely avoidable with the right documentation and advice.
